Ilera Consulting is led by a team of highly trained and certified professionals in Healthcare Management and Quality Improvement who have many years of experience in Kenya's public and private healthcare sector.
We have expertise in implementing Continuous Quality Improvement projects and support for conformity of Quality Standards, Capacity building for Quality and Patient Safety, Implementation of Risk Management strategies in healthcare business environments, and External evaluations/Audits for quality.
They are certified ISO Lead Auditors and have extensive experience in implementing JCIA (Joint Commission International Accreditation) Standards, SafeCare Hospital Standards, and Kenya Quality Model for Health (KQMH) Standards. We have on our team Business Strategy executives and Certified Enterprise Risk Managers (CERM) for Healthcare businesses.
