Validated tools and analysis help you capture and translate data into action...
→We conduct Gap-Analysis. Our consultants work with the organization’s staff and quality team members to carry out quality assessments, review existing documentation and organization’s current adherence to the quality standards. The assessment takes places via a combination of on-site visit(s), information gathering, and interviews.
On the basis of Gap assessment, our consultants and trainers design a tailored Quality Improvement plan, detailing all requirements, timelines and responsibilities. This Quality Improvement plan is designed to fit the context of the organization. It is developed in conjunction with the hospital/organization leadership and staff.

Quality Improvement requires a change management process. Ilera consulting supports your organization throughout the journey to improvement. We provide the necessary tools and resources related to quality standards. We provide training and capacity building for the staff and management. We provide mentorship and coaching services.
Throughout the project period, we carry out periodic assessments of progress in implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan
We offer recommendation of scale up and sustainability of successful small tests of change that are evident from implementing the Quality Improvement Plan. Institutionalization of the improvement by inculcating the new processes to be part of the existing ones and allocating resources for quality improvement has been proven to lead to sustained gain. Routinization of the improvement activities by inculcating them in Job descriptions of staff and adding them as requirements for performance reporting also improves sustainability
